We are beginning the second semester of the study of the General Epistles and new registrants are always welcome. Each lesson stands alone. In the Spring semester there will be one lesson from 2 Peter and eight lessons from Jude, and 1, 2, & 3 John, followed by a wrap-up lesson including 1 Peter. Those epistles engage topics such as living as aliens in a pagan world, reflecting God's love to a world of darkness, enduring persecution, discerning truth, being sure of our salvation, preparing in this life for eternal life, and judgment and the coming Day of the Lord. We study verse by verse, not skipping any part of the text. We enjoy having both beginning and veteran Bible students of all ages and stages. Plan to do homework questions each week and discuss them in class and small groups. We worship and pray together. And we provide opportunities to donate to several service projects and to pray for several mission ministries. Come join us!
